Top Tip # 2: Go for a Walk

Walking will absolve a multitude of sins.  Fresh air, vitamin D, getting out of your own head, create an appetite, drop your cortisol levels, time away from the drudgery of everyday life, a small satisfying sense of accomplishment.  My 87 year old toughnut Grandmother walks everyday. If it's too cold to go out (-15 is her limit), she walks the stairs in her building.

Use it or lose it, people. It doesn't have to be a mountain.
